1834, Second edition. A near fine 2 volume set that has received a recent professional restoration. Now bound in red boards with red half leather. The spines have 5 raised bands, gilt lining and black title panels with gilt lettering. New endpapers. Apart from a stain to the top corner of the frontispiece of volume 2 and very light occasional foxing spots the contents are very clean and undamaged. Overall a lovely set.
