1790, Third edition. A near fine copy of this very scarce edition of this formative work. This copy has received a superb professional rebinding into full brown leather. The top board is outlined in gilt and the spine has 5 raised bands, 3 coloured title panels and gilt lettering. New endpapers. This copy has a previous owners bookplate on the front pastedown but otherwise the contents are in very clean and crisp condition with only the odd foxing spot and occasional light shadowing on pages facing foldouts. This copy comes with its own custom made leather and marbled board slipcase. Scans available if required.
