RARE AND COLLECTIBLE

Australian National Travel Assoc. 1935-1951. This set consists of 15 Walkabout binders containing a total of 176 issues of Walkabout magazine. All of the binders are worn to some degree but all but one are securely bound. One volume has had the rear board separate. The magazines are complete from Nov 1935 - Feb 1951 (inclusive) apart from the following missing issues : January and March 1942, March, September and October 1947, June 1948, March 1949 and November 1950. The magazines are in very good to fine condition and have been well protected by the binders. Most have been bound intact but a few have been bound without their covers. The condition of the magazines would certainly reward rebinding. All in all this is a extraordinary snapshot of Australia over this period of time. A very heavy set of books so additional postage would need to be discussed. Scans available if required.
