1956, First edition. A very good copy in lightly flecked blue cloth boards with gilt lettering on the spine. The edges are lightly tanned and there is a previous owners stamp on the front free endpaper but otherwise the contents are fine and unmarked. The d/w is unclipped and good with a small amount of loss at the heel of the spine and a repaired tear on the rear panel. Now in a protective cover. This copy has been inscribed, dated and SIGNED by the author on the front free endpaper. Scans available if required.
