The Aboriginal Tasmanians
Author(s): Lyndall Ryan
SECONDHAND BOOKS | AUSTRALIANA
A history of Tasmania's original inhabitants from pre-settlement to the present day. This edition includes a new introduction, two new chapters on the history up to Mabo, and a new appendix providing statistical evidence of the extent of Aboriginal resistance to the settlers.
1981. A very good copy with age tanned/spotted edges and a fair amount of previous owners marks which are thankfully all in pencil. This copy has the bookplate of eminent collector Graham Levey on the front pastedown. The d/w is near fine with only light rubbing at the head of the spine.
