1910/1930/1931. This item comprises the 3 volumes of the "New Series". Volume 1 covers Victoria and seems to be an anomaly in that it is bound in the matching binding of the other 2 volumes and has "New Series" on the spine but on the title page does not indicate it is from the New Series and has a publication date of 1910. Volume 2 has properties from Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. Volume 3 has properties from New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. All 3 volumes are bound in lightly rubbed green full leather boards with Volume 2 having a slightly darker shade of green. Gilt lettering on the spines and top boards. Apart from a previous owners name on the first blank page of each volume the contents are fine and unmarked and the bindings are all excellent with no signs of weakness. A really superb set.
