Local Description
R Royston, Bookseller to His Most Sacred Majesty, 1677. Third edition. A very good copy that has undergone a full professional restoration. Rebound in full chocolate brown goat skin with the original boards inset to recesses in the top and bottom board. Six bands to the spine and a new complimentary title panel. New endpapers. Every wear and tear has been professionally repaired. The folding panel is intact but the frontispiece is missing. Light tanning/soiling to the pages which are otherwise in very good condition for the age. Scans available if required.
