1961. Reprint. A very good copy in lightly rubbed purple cloth boards with gilt lettering. A previous owners details to the front free endpaper but otherwise a very clean copy.
1984. A near fine copy only marked by light spotting to the top edge. The d/w is also near fine with light bumping to the head of the spine.
1946. First edition. A near fine copy only marked by light age tanning to the edges of the text block and a small amount of bookseller sticker residue to the front pastedown. The d/w is unclipped and very good with some repaired short tears and age tanning to the rear panel. Now in a protective cover.
2011. A proof copy in fine, unread condition.
